Washington, DC— After voting against a Republican Continuing Resolution, Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez (IL-03) remains in DC, calling on the Democrats in the Senate to reject the Republican efforts to surrender all Congressional authority over to Musk and Trump. Ramirez believes the Senate and the House should pass a 30-day CR that averts a government shutdown and forces Republicans to negotiate with Democrats a budget that centers on working people.
