Presidential Greetings
If you would like to request a Presidential Greeting for someone living in the 3rd Congressional District, please complete and submit the form linked below. General White House Guidelines for Presidential Greetings are listed below, followed by the types of greetings available as of 2026 and requirements. Be sure to select the proper request.
White House Guidelines for Presidential Greetings:
Please keep in mind that the guidelines and eligibility below reflect those mandated by the White House and do not apply to other services of the Office of Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez, nor do they reflect the positions of the Office of Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez.
- U.S. CITIZENS ONLY. The White House will send greetings to United States citizens only for special occasions as outlined below.
- ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED. Your request must be received six (6) weeks in advance of the event date.
Types of Presidential Greetings:
- America 250 Commemorative Card
- Condolence
- Eagle Scout
- Eagle Scout Gold Award
- Graduation
- Spiritual Milestone
- Baby’s Birth Greeting: available for babies within a year of the birth date. Please make your request after the baby is born.
- Birthday Greeting: available for civilians celebrating their 80th (or greater) birthday and veterans celebrating their 70th (or greater) birthday. Please make your request at least 6 weeks in advance of the birthday.
- Retirement Greeting: available for 20 years of service or longer.
- Wedding Greeting: If you would like to receive your wedding greeting before the event, please make your request at least 6 weeks in advance of the date and submit using your maiden name.
- Wedding Anniversary Greeting: available to couples who are celebrating their 50th (or greater) wedding anniversary. Please make your request at least 6 weeks in advance of the anniversary.
