¡Feliz Mes de la Herencia Africana, IL-03! A pesar de la inestabilidad que nuestras comunidades han enfrentando estas semanas, este mes es un recordatorio de cómo nuestra diversidad y unidad hacen más fuerte a nuestras comunidades. Estoy muy agradecida de os historiadores y líderes cívicos como «Dilla» Thomas, la Sra. Glenette Tilley Turner, y Eva y Herb Porter, que han ayudado a conservar la historia afroamericana y promover el compromiso cívico en IL03.

Washington, DC - Today, Congresswoman Delia C. Ramirez (IL-03) joined U.S. Representatives Sean Casten (Il-06), Haley Stevens (MI-11), Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Whip Katherine Clark, and her House Democratic Colleagues to cosponsor the introduction of the Taxpayer Data Protection Act. The legislation would protect US private citizens’ data from reckless and unlawful interference, especially from those with financial conflict interests.
