Assistance with another federal agency

Our Constituent Services team is ready to assist with any federal agency. In order for us to proceed with your case, we need you to complete the Digital Privacy Release Form (DPRF) and include the name of the Federal Agency that you would like us to assist with. Please complete and return the signed release form at your earliest convenience as we cannot engage with any federal agency until we have this written consent.

You may also upload any supporting documents pertinent to your case, especially any receipts or letters you have received while communicating with the agency. My staff will contact you if additional information is needed. Once we have received the form we will engage with them on your behalf.

Please keep in mind that the office of Congresswoman Ramirez does not have the jurisdiction to force the agency to expedite the matter or coerce them into fulfilling a specific request; we can only act as a liaison to inquire or advocate on your behalf. We are ready to assist to the best of our capacity.
