Assistance with the IRS

In order for us to engage with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on your behalf, we need you to complete the Digital Privacy Release Form (DPRF) electronically. Please complete and return the signed release form at your earliest convenience as we cannot engage with any federal agency until we have this written consent.

You must also provide any supporting documents pertinent to your case such as: 

• Tax return for the year pertinent to your case
• Any letter you have received while communicating with the agency 

Once we have received the DPRF and supporting documentation we will engage with the IRS on your behalf.

We sincerely appreciate your confidence in our ability to assist you. Please keep in mind that the office of Congresswoman Ramirez does not have the jurisdiction to force the agency to expedite the matter or coerce them into fulfilling a specific request; we can only act as a liaison to inquire or advocate on your behalf.
